I'm Nat — a tech professional with nearly 25 years in the industry.

I spent 16 years at Bose Corporation, where I helped design and deploy the interactive retail demo systems you've seen at major electronics retailers worldwide.

After Bose, I managed an engineering team at Pegasystems, delivering software demonstrations for large enterprise clients.

Now I bring that enterprise-level experience directly to homes and small businesses in the Boston area. WiFi dead zone, messy home office, smart home that isn't so smart — I fix it, set it up right, and explain what I did in plain English.

I live in Jamaica Plain with my wife and kids. This is my neighborhood. These are my neighbors. I treat every home the way I'd want someone to treat mine — on time, respectful, and honest about what needs fixing.

FAQ

Do you service both Mac and PC?

Yes — both Mac and Windows, plus iOS, Android, Linux, and most networking hardware. If it connects to the internet, I can probably help.

How quickly can you come out?

I aim to respond the same day you reach out and can usually schedule a visit within 1–3 days. For urgent issues, I'll do my best to fit you in sooner.

What if you can't fix the problem?

If I can't solve the issue, I'll tell you up front and won't charge you for wasted time. In most cases I can at least identify the problem and point you to the right specialist or replacement part.

Do you work with small businesses too?

Yes — home offices, small retail shops, and small professional practices. Same rates, same approach.

Do you run cables inside walls?

No — in-wall cable runs and drywall work are outside my scope. I run cables cleanly along baseboards, through cable channels, or behind furniture. For in-wall work I can recommend a low-voltage electrician.

What happens during a WiFi Assessment?

I walk your home with professional WiFi analysis tools, map your signal strength, identify interference and dead zones, and provide a written report with specific hardware and placement recommendations. No sales pressure — if your current setup is fine, I'll tell you.

Are you insured?

Yes, I carry professional liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request.
