From WiFi dead zones to smart home setups — I handle the tech so you don't have to.
WiFi not reaching every room? Slow speeds? Dead zones? I'll diagnose and fix existing problems, or design and deploy a proper mesh system.

Reliable work-from-home tech: monitors, docking stations, printers, VPN access, and video conferencing.
Need a new computer? I'll help you choose the right one for your needs and budget, then handle the full setup and configuration — transferring your files, installing your software, and getting you up and running.

I'm Nat — I've been the tech guy for my friends and family for 30+ years. It started at age 10 when my parents sent me to computer camp at Babson College, and never really stopped.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Network and Information Systems, I spent six years as IT Manager at a production company in Watertown, building networks, servers, and A/V systems for museum exhibits across the country. Twenty years of corporate tech followed, designing demonstration and A/V systems for retail and enterprise. But residential and small-business work has always been what I love most.
I live in Jamaica Plain with my wife and three children. Born and raised in the Boston area, I treat every home the way I'd want someone to treat mine.
How I do the work, every time.
You'll always work with me. I remember your network, your setup, your preferences. No rotating technicians, no re-explaining the problem to someone new.
Decades of hands-on tech experience — now working on your home. I'll fix what's wrong and walk you through what I did.
I work for you. If your existing equipment is fine, I'll tell you. If something's genuinely broken, I'll recommend the right replacement.

Yes — both Mac and Windows, plus iOS, Android, Linux, and most networking hardware. If it connects to the internet, I can probably help.
I respond within 24 hours, often the same day, and can usually schedule a visit within 1–3 days. For urgent issues, I'll do my best to fit you in sooner.
If I can't solve the issue, I'll tell you up front and won't charge you for wasted time. In most cases I can at least identify the problem and point you to the right specialist or replacement part.
Yes — home offices, small retail shops, and small professional practices. Same rates, same approach.
No — in-wall cable runs and drywall work are outside my scope. I run cables cleanly along baseboards, through cable channels, or behind furniture. For in-wall work I can recommend a low-voltage electrician.
I walk your home with professional WiFi analysis tools, map your signal strength, identify interference and dead zones, and provide a written report with specific hardware and placement recommendations. No sales pressure — if your current setup is fine, I'll tell you.
